Da Grateful Dough is Maui’s Original Venison Pizza truck. All of our pies are built on excellence. We start with non-gmo Pollselli flour, Lupara Buffalo-milk Mozzarella and hand crushed San Marzano Tomatoes from Italy. Our vegetables are grown organically here on Maui and our meats are some of the finest in the world. Considering that our venison is wild, it is naturally rich and flavorful like all of our pizzas.
